These Terms of Service govern your use of nathanhawken.com (the "Site") and any coaching or consulting services provided by Nathan Hawken ("Nathan Hawken", "I", "me"). By accessing the Site or enquiring about services, you agree to these terms.
Nathan Hawken offers coaching and consulting services to experienced coaches and consultants. Services are provided on a 1:1 basis and are described on the Work With Me page of this Site. All engagements are subject to a separate service agreement confirmed prior to commencement.
Services include, but are not limited to:
Submitting a contact form or booking a call does not constitute a service agreement. Engagements are confirmed only in writing following a qualifying call and mutual agreement on terms.
Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are agreed individually for each engagement and confirmed in writing before any work begins. All prices are in Euro (€) unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your individual service agreement.
Session cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited at my discretion. I reserve the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.
All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential. I will not disclose session content to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. Equally, I ask that you treat any materials, frameworks, or session content shared with you as confidential.
Coaching is a professional service distinct from therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. I am not a licensed therapist or medical professional. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, I encourage you to seek appropriate professional support. Coaching does not substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.
Coaching outcomes depend on the effort and commitment of the client. I do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or income levels. Testimonials and case studies on this Site represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.
All content on this Site — including text, frameworks, methodologies, videos, and design — is the intellectual property of Nathan Hawken. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nathan Hawken is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the Site or services. My total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
I may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at nathanhawken.com/terms. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
