Who we are
This website is operated by Nathan Hawken, a business coach based in Dublin, Ireland. If you have any questions about this policy, you can contact me at nathan@nathanhawken.com.
What data we collect
We only collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it. This happens in two ways:
- Contact form: When you send a message via the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, how long you have been coaching or consulting, and the message you submit.
- Website analytics: If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised data about how visitors use this site. This includes pages visited, time on site, and general location data (country/city level). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
How we use your data
- Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. Your details are stored in our CRM (ConnektOS) and are not shared with third parties or used for marketing without your explicit consent.
- Analytics data is used to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. This data is processed by Google and subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Legal basis for processing
Under GDPR, we process your data on the following legal bases:
- Legitimate interest — responding to enquiries you have initiated via the contact form.
- Consent — analytics cookies are only set after you explicitly accept them via the cookie banner.
Cookies
This site uses cookies only if you consent. We use one category of cookies:
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) — help us understand how visitors interact with the site. These are only set after you click Accept on the cookie banner.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies. You will be shown the cookie banner again on your next visit.
Data retention
- Contact form data is retained in ConnektOS for as long as it is relevant to an ongoing or potential coaching relationship, or until you request deletion.
- Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default, as set in our GA4 property settings.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) at dataprotection.ie
