Stop Being Everyone's Answer.
Start Being Your Own.
For leaders and coaches who solve everyone's problems but can't figure out their own.
It's time to turn that wisdom inward.
The Business Owner Who Had It All But Felt Empty
She was a small business owner and a leader everyone looked up to.
Built her company from the ground up, profitable for years, and respected in her industry.
The kind of entrepreneur that other business owners came to for advice.
But when she called me, her voice told a different story.
"Nathan, I feel like I'm living someone else's life. I built this company, but I don't recognise who I've become in the process.
I'm successful, but I'm not... me."
Sound Familiar?
The Hidden Cost of Leading and Business
You built a successful business, but lost yourself in the process
You're the go-to leader everyone turns to, but you feel like you're drowning
Your business is profitable, but you're not fulfilled
You help other business owners grow, but neglect your own development
You make tough business decisions confidently, but second-guess yourself personally
Everyone sees you as "having it all together," but inside, you feel scattered
You've achieved the business success you wanted, but it doesn't feel like enough
I've had this conversation with many business owners and leaders.
The details change, sometimes it's a consultant who scaled too fast, sometimes it's a coach who helps everyone except themselves, sometimes it's a CEO who built the business of their dreams but feels like they're living someone else's life, but the core is always the same.
Successful people feeling unsuccessful inside.
When I Called Her on Her Story
Three months into our work together, she was telling me the same story for the fourth time. Something about needing to love herself more. Same comfortable distance from the real issue.
That's when my intuition said, "No. Not today. This stops here."
So I did what most coaches and most people are afraid to do.
I called BS!
"You know what? This is bulls**t. This is just a story, isn't it? What's the purpose of the story? You said love. Well, what about love? You need to love yourself. Yeah, you know that already. So what's the problem?"
I started digging deep because she was ready for it. I felt the energy shift.
And when she had her breakthrough, I swear this actually happened, the sun literally came through the overcast sky and shone down on her as she sat on her balcony.
It was a powerful moment, and it wasn't just about self-love. It was about connecting with who she really was underneath all the roles she'd been playing.
The Moment Everything Changed
Six months later, she'd restructured her entire business around her authentic vision. Her team was more engaged than ever. Her appointment book was full. And she was starting to branch out into wellness retreats that aligned with her REAL desires.
She felt like herself again for the first time in years.

“Through coaching, I learned to be more honest with myself, harness my authentic self in public work, adopt a growth mindset, and accept that it is okay when things are not okay.
Nathan coached me through a challenging advocacy period during Covid and lockdowns, while also helping me grow mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.
I’m deeply grateful for the transformation and the lasting positive impact Nathan’s coaching has had on my life.”

"As a professional in corporate banking looking to start my own coaching business, I was bumping up against doubts, fears, and lack of clarity.
Nathan's coaching was transformational. He provided ideas, encouragement, and accountability, challenging me positively to build on my dream.
His approachable style creates a safe place to get honest and stay accountable towards your goals.
If you're ready to break through and transform as a leader or business owner, I highly recommend working with Nathan."

The Problem with Typical Coaching
Most coaches focus on tactics, systems, and strategies, and they spend more time talking than listening and asking.
They'll help you optimise your operations, improve your marketing, or scale your revenue. But they won't touch the real issue.
They won't ask why you feel empty despite your success. They won't challenge the story you're telling yourself about who you need to be as a leader.
I get it. I used to do the same thing.
I remember struggling in sales, working a part-time hospitality job on top of my full-time position just to make ends meet. Exhausted and unfulfilled, I asked myself, "Is this all there is to life?"
The answer that came from deep within was: "No, there's more for you."
But getting to that "more" required someone, eventually myself, to stop being nice and start being real.
"The strategies that created your current success are the same strategies that will limit your future impact."
That's the real issue most successful leaders face. You've become so good at being the leader everyone expects you to be that you've forgotten who you actually are underneath that role.
And that's why traditional coaching doesn't work for leaders like you.
What Actually Happens in My Sessions
I don't have scripts. I don't follow a system. I trust whatever comes up in the moment, because that's where the real breakthrough happens.
Like when a client kept talking about needing a "big breakthrough." I had to challenge that assumption:
"A bigger breakthrough means there's a lot of resistance. But the path of least resistance means there is nothing to heal. There is no breakthrough. I am how I am now. And this is me."
Sometimes leaders need to hear that they're already enough. Sometimes they need their story challenged. Sometimes they need someone to say:
"You're not appreciating the things you've done. You're here today. You're at a point where you're looking at doing something more. That's THE accomplishment in itself."
But here's what makes my approach different:
I'm not here to be liked. I'm here to help you break through.
What Changes When You Work With Me
LIBERATION
To be yourself in all situations
CLARITY
ALIGNMENT
IMPACT
On what actually matters vs. what just feels urgent
Between your values and your decision
That extends far beyond your immediate sphere
That's Great.
But What About the Tangible Results?
Decision-Making Speed
Team Productivity Increase
Revenue Growth
You have $50K decisions sitting on your desk right now. When you trust yourself, you make them confidently instead of avoiding them for months.
Result: $50K+ problems solved in weeks, not quarters
When you stop micromanaging and start trusting your own judgment, your team follows suit.
Clear leadership = clear execution.
Result: 25-40% increase in team autonomy and speed
Authentic leaders make bolder moves. When you stop playing it safe and start trusting your instincts, opportunities multiply.
Result: $100K-$300K+ revenue increases common
I get it. Personal transformation is nice, but you need to know this actually moves the needle in your business.
Here's what happens when leaders stop being everyone's answer and start being their own:
Energy Recovery
Strategic Clarity
Leadership Presence
Constantly being everyone's go-to person is exhausting. When you reclaim your energy, you get 10+ productive hours back per week.
Result: 10-15 hours/week back in your calendar
When you stop solving everyone else's problems, you finally have mental space to see the big picture and make strategic moves.
Result: 6-month head start on strategic initiatives
Authentic leaders attract better talent, close better deals, and command more respect. Being yourself has ROI.
Result: 20-50% improvement in team engagement
Why I Do This Work
Because I've seen too many brilliant leaders settle for "good enough" when they're capable of extraordinary.
I've watched business owners build profitable companies while feeling empty inside.
I've seen coaches who help other entrepreneurs succeed but can't break through their own limitations.
I've met leaders who've built everything they dreamed of, but feel like they're living someone else's life.
The tragedy isn't that they're failing, it's that they're succeeding at the wrong game.
"Everything's so hectic for lots of people. This is like a time out where we get to go in and leave feeling more refreshed and broken through. You used to unpack my chaos. I used to come out feeling like 'Okay, I get it now. It makes sense. Let's go. Ready to go again."
That's what I'm here for. To help you unpack the chaos. To ask the questions no one else will ask. To call you on your stories when they're keeping you small.
Not to help you manage your success better, but to help you redefine what success actually means to you.
Because when you remember who you really are, everything changes.
If you're tired of playing a version of yourself...If you want someone who'll ask the hard questions that other coaches won't...
If you're ready for a breakthrough conversation that actually breaks something through...
Let's talk.
No scripts. No false scarcity. No pretending this is just about business strategy.
Just two people having the kind of conversation that reminds you who you really are underneath all the roles you play.
Take your first step
